Here at The Cyber Security Speakers Agency, our dedicated sales team will be with you every step of the way ensuring that you find the perfect speaker for your event to suit your brief and budget.

STEP 1: Review our website to find a speaker suitable for your event by exploring the various categories to find a perfect match, or contact one of our sales agents for a shortlist of speakers.

STEP 2: Once you have decided on a speaker, contact a member of the sales team to determine the speaker’s availability and obtain a quote for their service.

STEP 3: Upon receiving confirmation from the speaker, we will send you an invoice highlighting the fee. We request that a deposit is paid before the speaking session can commence. Our team will take care of contracts, communication and make travel arrangements for the speaker, ensuring a seamless booking process.

STEP 4: Our team will ensure the speaker is fully prepared to deliver an impactful presentation, ensuring they have understood your brief and arrive in plenty of time for the event. Although unlikely, extenuating circumstances may prevent a speaker from attending your event. In those rare instances, we will ensure an alternative speaker of the same expertise is available to replace the original speaker.

STEP 5: We pride ourselves on building loyal client relationships, meaning our clients repeatedly use our service. Providing world-leading cyber security speakers, we are confident that we can cater for your event.

We work with such a broad variety of speakers, that we cannot specify one cost for a speaker – the price of our speakers differs greatly. Typically, a speaker will deliver a keynote speech of 30-45 minutes, and perhaps engage in a Q&A afterwards – with each speaker tailoring their session to the event, causing the difference in pricing. Travel and accommodation costs also must be factored into the price, and are separate from the speaker fee. Once you have determined the budget that you have to spend on the speaker for your event, contact one of our dedicated booking agents by emailing agent@cyber-security-speakers.com or calling 0203 0070 318 to discuss fees and additional costs.
