Receiving her higher education at the University of Connecticut, Nova completed a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Clinical Psychology before studying Fashion Design at the Fashion Institute of Technology. She joined Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide as Interior Design: Assistant to the Head Designer in 2004, launching Raine Magazine in 2007. Alongside her work on Raine Magazine, Nova worked as Consultant Creative Marketing Director for Brush with Life. Following that, she joined the Park West Gallery as Brand Manager, where she was involved in charitable projects, marketing campaigns and artist book launches.

A talented writer, Nova wrote for the HuffPost, for four years, before serving as Branding & Marketing Advisor at PRINDIE. She then held advisory roles with the U.S. Green Chamber of Commerce and the Pan-African Chamber of Commerce. As an award-winning fashion designer, she was invited to become a WEYU Ambassador, which involved curating works for their NFT Marketplace. This was followed by the role of Chief Metaverse Architect at LORR, where Nova demonstrated her ground-breaking storytelling skills to build hyper-realistic luxury real estate districts.

Her cutting-edge work in the fashion industry has seen Nova interview prominent celebrities, such as Ben Carson, Mark Cuban, Priyanka Chopra, and Kendall Jenner.
