Dimitri Chichlo

Dimitri Chichlo is a Geneva-based international keynote speaker and board-level advisor specialising in cybersecurity governance, operational resilience, and leadership under pressure. With over 15 years of senior leadership at the top of Swiss and European banking, including roles at UBP, Edmond de Rothschild, and ING, and 50+ keynotes delivered globally, including at RSA Conference, he brings rare strategic depth to the challenges boards and executive committees face today. As Founder and Principal Advisor of AndSecure, he helps organisations reframe cybersecurity as a question of trust and strategic survival, not a technical problem to be delegated.

Dimitri began his career as a Financial Controller at Imerys before moving into risk management as an Operational Risk Manager at Société Générale. He progressed to Head of Risk Management at ING, then served as VP of Information Security and Business Continuity Management at Edmond de Rothschild, and subsequently as Senior IT Security Advisor at Union Bancaire Privée. He then served as Independent Non-Executive Director and Vice-Chairman of Ukreximbank, leading governance reform and overseeing strategic management through active conflict, a defining experience that informs every aspect of his speaking. He founded AndSecure in 2020 before serving as Chief Security Officer at BforeAI in 2024-2025, where he established cybersecurity governance frameworks and strengthened organisational resilience. He currently serves as a Visiting Professor at Albert School and is a Pre-Qualified Board Director Candidate for the EBRD and the International Finance Corporation.
