Prior to that, he held senior roles at Google and was a Partner at EY, where he led AI and analytics transformations across financial services. Adrian has also served in advisory roles for the UK Government, including as a key member of the AI Council, contributing to the UK’s National AI Strategy.
Currently, Adrian serves on the Boards of Direct Line Group, Allwyn UK (National Lottery Operator), and Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children, where he champions AI, digital transformation, and DEI. He is also an advisor to NatWest Group’s Technology Advisory Board and supports start-ups in healthtech, agritech and climate innovation. His influence extends beyond boardrooms; Adrian is a former Chair of the Race Equality Board at Business in the Community and a Trustee of the Aleto Foundation, reflecting his longstanding commitment to inclusive innovation.
