Back in 1986, Olga began her illustrious career as a Lab Engineer for Hewlett Packard. Finding a passion and talent for technology-based roles, Olga later became the IT Manager of Suramericana de Seguros and an Associate Professor of Computer Science and Computer Engineering at Universidad EAFIT & Universidad Nacional. Since then, Olga has worked in a variety of other technology-based roles, such as Executive Director of FEDECOLSOFT, Group CIO of Grupo Bancolombia, Director of the Board of Directors of TODO1 Services Inc, Member of the Advisory Board of Intralinks and Executive Coach of the CIO Executive Council.

Currently, Olga works as the Partner and CEO of Customers and Strategy and an Independent Director of Altipal S.A.S, Farmalisto, ESVAL S.A, Essbio and Evertec.
